My hope with the blog articles is that I will pique your curiosity, and you will think further about investigating a safer and more profitable type of investing than stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.  If I’ve succeeded, and you’re looking at this page, let me introduce you to the real experts who can take your learning to the next level.

Podcasts

Podcasts are a great way to get a PHD in (name your field) in the time that would otherwise be unproductive: getting ready in the morning, commuting, etc.  I listen to about 5  1/2 hours of Podcasts each week; it’s a vital part of my continuing education. These are my favorites.

Flyer Asset Classes Version 4 Prolific Investors 01

This infographic shows the four asset classes: Real Assets, Commodities, Businesses, and Paper. Conventional Investments are shown in orange, and Alternative Investments are displayed in shades of green. Most Conventional Investors think that when they have a portfolio of various stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and ETFs, they have a well-diversified portfolio. The truth is, they’re not diversified at all as all their assets fall in the Paper asset class.
